7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Small daily sessions. A practice that builds.
ThriveMap is a guided reflection practice. Each day you complete one short, calm session with five simple steps: Ground, Visualize, Rehearse, Write, and Anchor.
Your first 70 days build a practice you can continue at your own pace.
A clear path through every session.
Each ThriveMap session follows five simple steps to help you slow down, focus on what matters, reflect honestly, and choose one practical next step.
Ground
Visualize
Rehearse
Write
Anchor
Finish your journey. Keep the lessons.
Life does not slow down after Day 70, and it does not need to. ThriveMap stays simple and steady: a few quiet minutes to look back, notice what matters, and take one small step you can repeat. You keep practicing at your own pace, for as long as you want.
How ThriveMap supports your practice.
Reflect on real situations across four areas: Personal, Professional, Social, and Integrated.
Review your saved reflections to notice patterns and changes over time.
Choose one practical next step after each session.
Export your reflections and begin a new journey after Day 70.
For Journey 2 and beyond, choose Regular, Deeper, or Real life practice. Change your level anytime.
Built on well studied
reflection practices.
ThriveMap uses reflection and planning practices studied in psychology and behavior change. These practices guide each session. ThriveMap is a personal reflection tool, not therapy or treatment, and it does not promise a specific result.
Imagining your best possible future
Picture and write about a future where things have gone well. Research has linked this practice with modest improvements in optimism and positive mood.
Reflective writing
Write privately about what is on your mind, what happened, and what you want to understand more clearly.
One practical next step
End each session with a simple and specific plan. This type of planning can make it easier to follow through on personal goals.
Disclaimer. ThriveMap supports personal reflection and planning. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to improve any medical or mental health condition.

Clear about your privacy and how AI helps.
Your privacy
Your reflections stay on your device, and nothing is shared unless you choose to export it. The Android, iPhone, and iPad apps need no account. The browser version uses one only to keep your subscription available on another browser or computer.
Each device stores its own reflections. Your information does not automatically sync between devices.
How AI helps
ThriveMap uses your saved practice history to help you review patterns, continue after Day 70, and choose what to practice next.
AI helps organize information and suggest possible next steps. You remain in control. ThriveMap is not a therapist, coach, or professional advisor.
See what your practice is showing you.
As you use ThriveMap, your reflections are saved on your device. Pattern Coach reviews that history and summarizes it in clear, simple language.
It does not score, diagnose, or judge you. It helps you notice recurring patterns, see how your practice has changed, and choose a practical next step.
What Pattern Coach can show you
The life area you return to most often across your journey.
A recurring theme drawn from your own reflections.
A brief summary of how your practice has changed over time.
An area that may need more attention, with one practical next step to consider.
Reflect anywhere.
ThriveMap is on Google Play, the App Store, and in your browser today, so you can practice wherever your day takes you.
Answers before you start.
Is ThriveMap therapy or medical care?
No. ThriveMap is a personal reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis support. If you are going through a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your region.
Do I need an account?
No. ThriveMap works without an account. Your writing stays on your device, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you export it yourself.
How long does a session take?
A few quiet minutes. Each session follows the same five steps: Ground, Visualize, Rehearse, Write, and Anchor.
What does ThriveMap cost?
ThriveMap is built in 7 day cycles, so your free trial is not a shortened preview, it is your first full cycle: all four practice areas, guided sessions, insights, and export, included from day one. After your trial, one annual subscription price applies, shown in the app before you subscribe. Renews automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel anytime through Apple or Google.
What happens after Day 70?
Day 70 is not the end. You get a full summary of your first 70 days, then choose your practice level for Journey 2: Regular, Deeper, or Real life. You can keep practicing for as long as you want, and change your level anytime. Pattern Coach also reviews what you have saved to show what stood out and suggest what to focus on next.
How does ThriveMap use AI?
ThriveMap uses your saved practice history, kept on your device, to help you review patterns, continue after Day 70, and choose what to practice next. AI supports structure and next steps. It does not replace your judgment.
