LumoBridge respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and manage information when you use our website, digital products, applications, forms, surveys, newsletters, communities, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to LumoBridge and its products, including ThriveMap, Cadentra, Vertify, and future digital tools operated by LumoBridge.

ThriveMap app. The ThriveMap app does not require an account and does not collect or transmit the information you enter. Your reflections and related entries are stored only on your device, and are never sent to LumoBridge unless you choose to export or share them yourself. The collection described in this section applies to our website and to account based or cloud connected products, not to data you enter in the ThriveMap app.

For account based or cloud connected products, we may collect information you enter into the product, such as:

  • Reflection entries
  • Goals
  • Plans
  • Review notes
  • Workplace documentation
  • Timeline entries
  • Uploaded files
  • Notes
  • Dashboard inputs
  • Preferences
  • Product activity
  • Other user controlled records

We may also collect usage and technical information when you interact with our website, applications, or services. This may include:

For Vertify, information may be used to help organize documentation, timelines, summaries, dashboards, exports, and related user controlled records. Vertify does not provide legal advice, HR advice, legal representation, or employment law determinations.

For ThriveMap and Cadentra, information may be used to support reflection, planning, progress tracking, review, goal development, and user controlled growth tools. These products are not medical services, therapy services, crisis services, or professional counseling.

3. User Content and Private Records

You may choose to submit personal reflections, goals, workplace records, documents, notes, uploaded files, survey responses, or other content through LumoBridge services.

You retain ownership of your content.

LumoBridge does not claim ownership of your private reflections, workplace documentation, uploaded records, personal notes, goals, or private submissions.

We use user submitted content only as reasonably needed to provide, operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, and support the services.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you submit.

Please do not submit information that you do not have the right to share.

4. Sensitive Information

Some LumoBridge products may involve personal, workplace, emotional, professional, or life planning information.

LumoBridge products are designed to help users organize, reflect, plan, and document. They are not intended to replace licensed professional services.

You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your own use of the product.

Highly sensitive information may include:

  • Medical records
  • Mental health treatment records
  • Financial account numbers
  • Government identification numbers
  • Passwords
  • Full Social Security numbers
  • Legal filings
  • Confidential third party information
  • Information about another person that you do not have permission to share

If you choose to submit sensitive information, you are responsible for reviewing what you provide and deciding whether it is appropriate to include.

5. AI Assisted Features

Some LumoBridge products may include AI assisted features that help organize, summarize, structure, classify, explain, or generate user submitted content.

AI assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not appropriate for every situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI assisted outputs before relying on them.

LumoBridge does not use AI assisted features to replace licensed legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, HR, tax, or professional advice.

Where AI providers or related infrastructure are used, information may be processed by trusted third party service providers only as needed to provide or improve the relevant feature, subject to applicable provider terms, privacy practices, and security controls.

We may share information with trusted third party service providers that help us operate and improve our website, apps, forms, analytics, email communications, payments, hosting, customer support, security, product infrastructure, and AI assisted features.

LumoBridge does not sell personal information.

If we use third party analytics, advertising, or similar technologies in a way that may be considered “sharing” under California law, we will provide appropriate notice and choices where required.

California residents may contact us using the information below to submit privacy related requests.

California’s privacy guidance explains that businesses subject to the CCPA must provide notice about personal information practices and maintain a privacy policy describing consumer rights and how information is collected, used, and shared.

13. Washington Consumer Health Data Notice

LumoBridge is based around reflection, planning, documentation, and productivity tools. LumoBridge is not a healthcare provider, medical provider, therapy provider, health insurance provider, or crisis service.

Some user submitted content may relate to wellness, stress, emotional reflection, workplace experiences, or personal growth. Depending on applicable law, some information may be treated as consumer health related information if it identifies or could reasonably be linked to a person.

LumoBridge does not sell consumer health data.

LumoBridge does not use consumer health data for targeted advertising without appropriate notice and consent where required by law.

LumoBridge only uses user submitted wellness or reflection related information as reasonably needed to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the services, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Washington’s My Health My Data Act focuses on consumer health data outside traditional HIPAA settings and includes special requirements for collection and sharing of covered consumer health data.

14. Children’s Privacy

LumoBridge services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use LumoBridge services.

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. In particular, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you believe a minor has provided personal information to LumoBridge, please contact us through our contact form so we can remove it.

15. Third Party Links and Services

LumoBridge websites and products may contain links to third party websites, platforms, app stores, payment providers, forms, analytics tools, AI providers, community tools, or other services that are not operated by us.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or policies of third party services.

Your use of third party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Business Transfers

If LumoBridge is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, partnership transaction, or similar business event, user information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that process.

If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to require that personal information remains protected according to this Privacy Policy or a policy with similar protections.

LumoBridge may be accessed by users outside the United States.

If you use our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where LumoBridge or its service providers operate.

By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have privacy laws different from those in your location.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.

Continued use of LumoBridge services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
