Cadentra

One difficult goal. One clear next step. Proof that you did it.

When something important is stuck, the hard part is usually knowing what to do first. Cadentra takes one goal and turns it into the single action in front of you, then keeps the record of what you finished.

LumoBridge does not release an app until it has passed our own legal and security review. We would rather take that time than skip it.

Choose your path

All three paths are yours. Start with what you need now.

Choose one today, switch when your needs change, and keep everything you finish.

  • Choose one nowStart with the problem in front of you.
  • Switch laterMove to another path when you need it.
  • Keep your progressFinished work stays finished.

Not sure where to start? Setup asks three short questions and suggests one path. You make the final choice.

Career Reinvention

Where you are

“I want a clearer career direction, but I do not know where to begin.”

How Cadentra helps

  • Explore realistic options
  • Connect your experience to a target role
  • Prepare your next move

Things you can ask for

  • Compare two roles
  • Read a posting against my experience
  • Explain why I left

Six documents you can create

  • Targeted resume
  • Cover letter
  • Outreach message
  • Informational interview guide
  • Interview preparation
  • Role comparison brief

What you leave with

Career materials based on your own history, plus a clear plan for your next move.

Cadentra prepares the material. You decide what to apply for, send, or say.

Who it is for

Cadentra starts from your situation, not your job title.

It assumes nothing from your age or your years of experience. You describe what is in front of you right now, and the work starts from there.

Starting out “Find a clearer career direction”
Changing direction “Prepare for a different role”
Coming back “Return to work after time away”
Stepping up “Settle into a new leadership role”

What you get in writing

See how one Cadentra document is built.

This animated demo shows one of 18 document types across Cadentra’s three paths. Describe what you need, answer a few focused questions, review the draft, and keep only what you approve.

  1. Describe

Explain the situation in your own words.

  2. Answer

Add only the details the specialist still needs.

  3. Review

Read each line and make any changes.

  4. Keep

Download the document you approve as a PDF or Word file.

Career Reinvention

Compare a job posting

See what matches your experience and what needs more evidence.

Confidence Rebuild

Prepare one clear request

Write what you will say and what a clear answer looks like.

Leadership Growth

Prepare useful feedback

Explain what happened, its effect, and the change you are requesting.

Demo: Career Reinvention

This example shows how Cadentra puts what a posting asks for beside your own words, and marks what you have not evidenced instead of filling it in. Your version will be built from your own answers.

Career Reinvention specialist

Read one job posting against your own experience

  • 18 document types
  • 6 for each path
  • All 3 paths included
  • You approve every draft

Cadentra prepares the document. You decide what to send, say, or do.

How a draft is checked

Cadentra checks each draft against what you wrote before you see it. A line that was not built from your words is refused, and you get the standard version and are told so. You review, change, and keep only what you approve. If Cadentra cannot tell which job you mean, it asks one question instead of guessing. If you ask it to send, apply, or contact someone for you, it says no and helps you prepare instead. If a document has a line to say out loud, you can rehearse it first, in words only. What comes back is about the wording, never about you, and nothing is saved until you keep it.

How a document is written

Cadentra works out which specialist job you need, asks for at most two facts at a time, and never asks for something you have already given it. Cadentra uses your answers to help draft each tool. Most tools begin with one or two focused questions. The targeted resume asks for more, because it asks you to paste the posting it is written against. Every tool creates a first draft: you review and edit the result before saving it. Cadentra includes all three paths in one product: eighteen documents in all, and six are for your path.

How it works

Two steps to begin. Five stages that repeat.

Choose a path and confirm your goal once. Then use the same simple loop for every next step.

  1. Set up once

    1. Step 1. Choose a path

Pick the problem that sounds most like yours. There are three.

    2. Step 2. Confirm your goal

Say what you want in your own words, and what will show it happened.

  2. Your progress loop

    1. Stage 1 of 5. Understand

See what your next step is, and why it is worth doing.

    2. Stage 2 of 5. Prepare

Get ready before you act. If the step needs a document, Cadentra drafts it with you, and you review every line.

    3. Stage 3 of 5. Do

Take one clear action. Not a to-do list, just the one thing in front of you.

    4. Stage 4 of 5. Save proof

Write one line about what you actually did. It stays on your Proof page, in your words.

    5. Stage 5 of 5. Reflect and continue

When it is done, say what came of it. Then choose your next step.

Then the next step starts at Understand again.

One action at a time. One record of what happened. One next step you approve.

Cadentra helps you prepare. You take the real-world action and decide what happens next.

One connected Cadentra system

These are software roles inside Cadentra, not people or separate chatbots. You decide what to do and what to save.

You choose a path when you start, and you can change it later. The Guide uses the specialist for that path. When fear, putting something off, or a conversation with another person stands in the way of the next step, the Guide brings in a second specialist and tells you which specialist is helping and why. It reads your path, your obstacle, and your current step, and coordinates specialist support without taking over. The Guide is the consistent voice throughout Cadentra.

Cadentra is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support.

Keep a record of your progress

Keep a clear record of what you completed.

Add activities as you go.

Review the details, sign the record when it is accurate, and download a dated PDF you control.

1
Record each activityAdd one line for each completed action or contact.
2
Review and signCheck that the week’s entries are accurate before creating your PDF.
3
Keep it or share itSave it for yourself or provide it when someone asks about your progress.
A private record you control A private activity record you keep, sign if you wish, and send yourself. One row for each contact or activity. If you plan to share this record, check what information the recipient needs. Requirements can change. This is your own record, not an agency form. Cadentra does not decide how many activities or hours you need, does not determine compliance, and does not submit the record for you.

This is your own record, not an agency form. Cadentra cannot tell you whether it meets your agency’s rules, and nothing in Cadentra is legal advice. Cadentra does not send it anywhere: you choose whether to share it, and how. What you submit, and what it says, remains your responsibility.

The date comes from the clock, so a week cannot be back dated. Before you sign, you confirm the record is true and complete. Cadentra keeps no copy of the file it hands you.

Compared with buying it separately

What separate support can cost.

These are other services’ prices, not ours. Every part is billed on its own.

The services above are separate purchases for different forms of professional support. Cadentra brings Career Reinvention, Confidence Rebuild, and Leadership Growth into one connected process.

Starting with your own answers, Cadentra helps you prepare practical documents, rehearse important conversations, take one clear action, and keep proof of what happened. You review every result and decide what happens next.

The cards show researched prices for related services with different delivery models: a professional writes the resume for you, a coach meets you by the hour, and a program enrolls a cohort. Resume packages, United States 2026: TopResume. Coaching, North America: 2025 ICF Global Coaching Study. Leadership programs, 2026–27: NACUBO and CFMA. Prices change over time.

Tell me when Cadentra is ready

Questions

Answers before you start.

Where will it run?

Cadentra runs in your web browser, on a phone or a computer. It is in testing now. The iPhone and Android apps are not published yet, and this page will say so on the day that changes.

Do I have to be online?

You need a connection to open Cadentra in your browser. The written help uses an internet service too, and when that service is unavailable Cadentra works out a step on the device instead.

What happens to what I write?

It stays on your device, and you can export it. The one exception is the written help above, which you are asked about each time.

What happens when I finish a goal?

You keep everything you saved, and you carry on. Start another goal on the same path, or pick a different one, and finished work stays where it is.

Want to hear when it is ready?

Tell us, and we will let you know. No date promised, and nothing sold in the meantime.

While you wait, the method is yours to use on paper: our goal planning guide shows how to break one goal into clear next steps, and the career change guide applies it to finding new work.
