By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal ability to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some LumoBridge products or services may require an account. ThriveMap does not require or use an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting information through our services.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

You agree to use LumoBridge only for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

5. Products and Services

LumoBridge operates a growing ecosystem of digital tools, including but not limited to:

6. No Legal, Medical, Financial, HR, or Professional Advice

Important

LumoBridge products may provide structure, prompts, summaries, templates, dashboards, exports, AI assisted support, or informational content.

These services are provided for informational, educational, organizational, reflection, and productivity purposes only.

They do not replace advice from a qualified attorney, medical provider, therapist, financial advisor, HR professional, tax advisor, or other licensed professional.

You should seek professional advice when needed, especially for legal claims, workplace disputes, health concerns, financial decisions, employment decisions, or matters involving legal deadlines.

LumoBridge products are not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, this app cannot help in an emergency. In the United States, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or contact your local emergency number. Outside the United States, you can find a helpline at findahelpline.com.

7. User Content

You may submit information, feedback, survey responses, form submissions, reflections, workplace records, documents, files, notes, or other content through LumoBridge products.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content to LumoBridge, you give us permission to use that content only as reasonably needed to operate, provide, improve, secure, troubleshoot, and support our services.

LumoBridge does not claim ownership of your personal reflections, workplace records, private documents, or user submitted files.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

All LumoBridge content, branding, design, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, product names, frameworks, templates, systems, and materials are owned by LumoBridge or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content, products, software, or systems without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LumoBridge intellectual property to you.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, ideas, comments, survey responses, or suggestions, you agree that LumoBridge may use them to improve, develop, market, or modify our products and services.

We are not required to compensate you for feedback or suggestions unless we have a separate written agreement.

10. Payments, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some LumoBridge products or services may require payment, subscription, or one time purchase.

Prices, features, billing periods, trial periods, and subscription terms may vary by product.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Apple or Google account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The price and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe.

Unless required by law or clearly stated at the time of purchase, fees are not refundable. For purchases made through an app store, any refund is handled by that store under its own policy.

We may update pricing, plans, features, or subscription terms with reasonable notice.

If purchases are made through third party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment provider, their terms, billing rules, cancellation process, and refund policies may also apply.

You are responsible for managing cancellations through the platform where the purchase was made.

11. Third Party Services

LumoBridge may use or link to third party services, including payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, form tools, AI providers, email tools, community tools, or external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, performance, or practices of third party services.

Your use of third party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. AI Assisted Features

Some LumoBridge products may include AI assisted features, summaries, suggestions, prompts, or generated outputs.

AI assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not appropriate for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI assisted output before relying on it.

LumoBridge does not guarantee that AI assisted features will produce accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable results.

13. Data, Records, and User Responsibility

LumoBridge may help users organize, reflect on, store, export, or review information.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing your own content for accuracy.
  • Keeping copies of important records.
  • Understanding deadlines that may apply to your situation.
  • Seeking qualified professional advice when needed.
  • Deciding how to use information, summaries, exports, or outputs from our products.

LumoBridge is not responsible for decisions you make based on your use of our services.

14. Service Availability

We work to keep LumoBridge services reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that our services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, free of errors, or fully accurate.

Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, third party outages, security issues, or other reasons.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

15. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to LumoBridge services if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk, or engaged in unlawful activity.

You may stop using our services at any time.

Termination does not limit any rights or responsibilities that should reasonably continue after termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

LumoBridge services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LumoBridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and noninfringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LumoBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost profit damages related to your use of our services.

This includes damages related to:

  • Data loss.
  • Service interruption.
  • User decisions.
  • Missed deadlines.
  • Third party platforms.
  • Payment providers.
  • App stores.
  • AI assisted outputs.
  • Reliance on information provided through our products.
  • Workplace, legal, medical, financial, HR, or personal decisions made by users.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, LumoBridge’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the extent liability is not excluded above, LumoBridge’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid LumoBridge for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LumoBridge, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or third party right.
  • Content or information you submit through our services.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, ask you to agree again before those changes take effect. Continued use of LumoBridge after minor updates are posted means you accept them.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
